Company, orders & website information

How to reach us, request a skill pack and understand the services used by this website.

Ordering & delivery

  1. Choose Pack Lite ($49), Pro ($129) or Ultra ($249).
  2. Use the pack’s email button to open a prepared order request. Include your name, selected pack and preferred delivery email, then send the email.
  3. Payment is available via PayPal. Ian will reply with PayPal payment instructions and confirm the currency, total payable and expected delivery time before you pay. Opening an email draft does not place or pay for an order.
  4. After payment is verified, the pack and setup instructions are sent manually to the agreed email address. Delivery is not instant.

The packs are digital skills you run yourself in ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. Prices shown are for a one-time purchase with lifetime access to the purchased pack. Your chosen AI service is separate.

For billing, delivery, licence or refund questions, contact Ian before paying. This page describes the ordering process; any additional service or data-processing terms should be agreed directly for the work requested.

Website privacy

This information covers enquiries and orders made through this website. Contact Ian with questions about personal information or to request access, correction or deletion.

Enquiries: the contact form asks for your name, role, organisation, email, telephone and message. When you submit it, FormSubmit processes the form and forwards it to tomas@journalrevisions.com. These details are requested to respond to your enquiry. You can use the direct email alternative instead.

Orders: email buttons prepare a message in your email application; you decide whether to send it. Your name, delivery email and selected pack help us respond, arrange payment and deliver the files. Email is processed by the email providers involved.

Website services: Netlify hosts this website. Fonts load from Google Fonts. Requests to these services can include technical details such as an IP address and browser information. External sites have their own data practices.

Please do not send confidential manuscripts, research datasets or sensitive personal information through the enquiry form. Contact us first to agree any manuscript transfer, processing, confidentiality and retention requirements.
